PURCHASE PROCESS
Inquiring about and buying artwork should focus on your needs and not the hoops of the vendor you choose to work with. Below is the common step by step guide for the process. I pride myself on active listening and accommodation so please diverge as needed.
REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) & QUOTE. Utilize this RFQ form. Please fill it out completely and reattach it in an email to shadownixstudio@gmail.com. If you need tax exempted, please include your documentation in the email. A PDF quote will be provided within 24 hours and will include a detailed breakdown of the charges and lead time to your destination.
PURCHASING & INVOICE. Once client has approved the quote, please submit your purchase order. Payment is required in full for production to begin and in the form of credit card, check, cash, or Venmo. A PDF invoice will be provided via email once payment is cleared.
RETURNS. If you aren't happy with your purchase, notify me within 10 days of receipt for a full refund or assistance in finding a suitable replacement. After 10 days, you can still make a return for up to 30 days but will be charged a 20% re-stocking fee on the item returned. Returns are not accepted after 30 days unless it's defective. Original delivery fees are non-refundable. To receive a full refund, the returned product must arrive back to the studio in its original condition. If you aren't 100% sure that your purchase will work, please keep the original packaging. That will make it easier for you to return it without shipping damage.
WARRANTY. When properly displayed and cared for, shadow nix artwork will last for decades. Faded artwork will be replaced free of charge.
